MPD reports the gas leak has cleared and the following road closures have reopened to traffic:
• 2200 block of 10th Street, NW, between W Street and Florida Avenue
• 2200 block of 11th Street, NW, between W Street and Florida Avenue
• 2200 block of Sherman Avenue, NW, between Florida Avenue and Barry Place
• 900-1000 blocks of Florida Avenue, NW, between Sherman Avenue and 11th Street
• 900-1000 blocks of W Street, NW, between Florida Avenue and 11th Street
Many alerts regard violent crime. Do not take action, instead call 911 with the event number if listed.
